As professional martial arts instructors we feel that it is our duty not only to help our students develop self-defense skills, but also to provide a complete program of personal development to enhance the students' quality of life.
Each month our program focuses on a specific mental aspect of martial arts training such as discipline, confidence, or persistence. These individual subjects are addressed each week in our "Lesson of the Week," where we highlight just how martial arts can help improve many areas of our students' lives.
Our "Stories of the Week" program is another innovative way we help educate our students about important lessons in life. Stories are not just for children, but for adults as well, as we rediscover the benefits of honesty, respect, work ethic, friendship and other values that make our life more enjoyable.
In addition to our "Theme of the Month" and "Stories of the Week" programs, you will find our schools monthly newsletter a wealth of information on a wide range of subjects. Each month's exciting issue is packed with informative articles on health, safety, fitness, nutrition, plus, of course, all the exciting events taking place in the school.
Another unique feature of America's Best Martial Arts is our Achievement Program. This program is set up on three levels for young children, teens and adults and allows students to gain extra credit and recognition for their skills in 12 important areas of life. These areas include Goal Setting, First Aid, Safety, Community Service, Fitness, Nutrition, etc.
Each month America's Best Martial Arts offers special fun-filled family events where our students can experience new concepts at seminars, participate in tournaments, or just have fun! These events give each of us a chance to develop new friendships and enhance existing ones, creating a strong team spirit among our students.
